Welcome to PAC

Clear terms for a trusted community.

Welcome to the Paramount Altruist Club (PAC).

These Terms & Conditions explain how our website, membership services, activities, events, and other services are expected to be used.

By using our website or applying to become a member of PAC, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep this document straightforward because we believe people should understand what they are agreeing to.

The terms

What you should know.

Please take the time to understand the terms that apply when using PAC and participating in the Club.

01

About Paramount Altruist Club

Paramount Altruist Club, also referred to as the Paltruist Club or PAC, is a community built around meaningful relationships, personal growth, mutual support, collaboration, shared opportunities, and positive community impact. Our members are known as Paltruists, and our guiding philosophy is Paltruism. Our motto is: Progress Through Unity. PAC is intended to provide a positive environment where people can connect, learn, contribute, support one another, and grow together.

02

Using Our Website

You are welcome to browse and use the PAC website for lawful and legitimate purposes. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security or operation, upload malicious software, impersonate another person, use information obtained through the website to harass or harm another person, or copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit PAC content without permission. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe someone is misusing the website or putting the community, users, or systems at risk.

03

Membership

Membership of PAC is subject to an application and approval process. Submitting a membership application does not automatically mean that membership has been granted. We may request additional information where necessary to process an application. Members are expected to provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date information. Membership is personal to the approved member and should not be transferred to another person. PAC reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or terminate a membership in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable Club rules.

04

Being a Paltruist

Membership is more than simply having access to a group, website, or event. As a Paltruist, you are expected to contribute to the kind of community PAC is trying to build. This includes treating other members with respect, acting honestly, keeping commitments where reasonably possible, supporting healthy collaboration and avoiding behaviour that could negatively affect other members or the reputation of PAC. We do not expect anyone to be perfect. We do expect members to make a genuine effort to uphold the values of the Club.

05

Respectful Conduct

PAC brings together people with different backgrounds, professions, opinions, experiences, and personalities. Disagreements will sometimes happen. That is normal. What matters is how we handle them. Members must not use PAC platforms, events, activities, or communication channels to harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, discriminate against or deliberately target another person; publish private information without permission; make fraudulent or deliberately misleading claims; engage in abusive, threatening, or seriously disruptive behaviour; promote illegal or harmful activities; repeatedly disrupt PAC activities; or deliberately damage another member’s reputation through false statements.

06

Member Businesses and Recommendations

PAC encourages members to support one another’s businesses, careers, skills and professional activities. However, PAC does not automatically endorse every product, service, business, investment, recommendation or opportunity shared by a member. If a member introduces you to a business opportunity, service, investment, product or individual, you are responsible for carrying out your own checks before proceeding. PAC is not responsible for a private transaction or agreement between members unless PAC has expressly entered into that transaction itself. Members should not use the PAC name, logo, membership status, or community relationships to create a false impression of official endorsement.

07

Financial Contributions and Payments

Where PAC charges membership fees, event fees, contributions, merchandise costs or other approved charges, the applicable amount and payment terms will be communicated before payment is requested. Members should make payments only through officially provided PAC payment channels. Unless otherwise stated at the time of payment, payments may be subject to specific refund or cancellation conditions. PAC will communicate any applicable refund policy clearly for the relevant service. PAC will not be responsible for payments made to individuals or accounts that have not been officially authorized by the Club.

08

Events and Activities

PAC may organize meetings, networking sessions, training, social gatherings, community projects, business activities and other events. Event details may change because of circumstances such as venue availability, weather, scheduling issues, public restrictions or other factors. Where a change affects registered participants, PAC will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change. Participants are expected to behave responsibly at PAC events and follow reasonable instructions from event organizers. Where an activity carries a particular risk, participants may be required to follow additional safety requirements or provide appropriate consent.

09

Information Shared by Members

PAC is a community built around communication and collaboration. Members may choose to share information about themselves, their businesses, skills, experiences or opportunities. You should avoid sharing information that you do not have the right to disclose. You are responsible for the information you choose to post or share through PAC platforms. Do not share another person’s personal information, photographs, documents or other private material without appropriate permission.

10

Member Content

Members may submit or share content such as photographs, comments, business information, testimonials, event materials, articles, videos or other contributions. You retain ownership of content that belongs to you. By submitting content to PAC for publication or community use, you give PAC permission to use, reproduce, display and share that content for legitimate Club-related purposes, such as promoting PAC activities, documenting events, publishing member stories or communicating about the community. We will not knowingly use member content for an unrelated commercial purpose without appropriate permission. You should only submit content that you have the right to share.

11

Photographs and Events

PAC may photograph or record some events for documentation, communication, and promotional purposes. Where appropriate, we may use photographs or recordings showing members and participants on our website, social media pages, publications or other PAC communication channels. If a particular event requires specific consent, we will communicate that separately. If you have a reasonable concern about a particular photograph or recording, please contact PAC so that the matter can be reviewed.

12

Intellectual Property

The PAC name, logo, branding, written materials, graphics, website design, photographs created or commissioned by PAC and other original materials associated with the Club may be protected by intellectual property laws. Unless we have given permission, you should not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute or commercially exploit PAC’s protected materials. Members may use PAC materials for legitimate Club activities where such use is authorized.

13

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and useful. However, information may change, become outdated or contain an unintended error. PAC does not promise that every piece of information on the website will always be complete, current or available. Nothing on the website should be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, investment or other specialist advice unless expressly stated otherwise. Where a decision could have significant financial, legal, professional or personal consequences, you should seek appropriate independent advice.

14

Third-Party Services and Links

The PAC website may contain links to websites, platforms, payment providers, social networks or other services operated by third parties. These services are outside PAC’s direct control. A link to another website does not necessarily mean that PAC endorses everything on that website. You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them. PAC is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites or services.

15

Privacy

We take the privacy of our members and website visitors seriously. Information collected through the website may be used for purposes such as processing membership applications, communicating with members, organizing activities, improving our services, maintaining security and carrying out legitimate Club operations. Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected. By using the website or submitting information to PAC, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16

Account Security

If the website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password with another person. If you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission, notify PAC as soon as reasonably possible. PAC will not ask you to disclose your password through an unsolicited message.

17

Suspension or Termination

PAC may suspend or terminate a member’s access where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the member has seriously breached these Terms & Conditions, breached applicable Club rules or the Constitution, engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or seriously disruptive conduct, misused PAC’s name, platform, resources or community or repeatedly acted in a way that is harmful to the community. Where appropriate, PAC may give a member an opportunity to respond before a decision is made. The exact disciplinary and governance procedures of the Club may be further defined by the PAC Constitution and other approved Club policies.

18

Leaving PAC

A member may choose to leave PAC. If you wish to end your membership, you may contact the Club through the appropriate official channel. Leaving the Club does not automatically cancel obligations that arose before your membership ended.

19

Limitation of Responsibility

PAC provides a community and platform for connection, learning, collaboration and shared activities. We cannot guarantee that a member will receive a particular job, business opportunity, investment return, customer, partnership, financial result or other personal outcome through membership. Members remain responsible for their own decisions and dealings with other people. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PAC will not be responsible for losses arising from a member’s independent decision, private transaction, business arrangement, investment or interaction with another member or third party. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20

Changes to These Terms

As PAC grows, our website, services, activities, and policies may change. We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. When we make significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to users’ attention. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an updated version becomes effective means that you accept the updated terms.

21

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Paramount Altruist Club is legally established and operates. Where necessary, disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution processes having jurisdiction over the matter. The final governing law and jurisdiction should be confirmed based on PAC’s legal registration and operating structure.

22

Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, membership, an event or any issue relating to your experience with PAC, please contact us through the official contact details provided on our website. We would rather hear from you and resolve an issue properly than allow a misunderstanding to grow.
